dwm - I have been using Dwm since I started using linux. Its been great, I love editing the source patching in new things and just generally messing around with it.
dmenu - Pretty nice aplication.
St - Another great pice of software. I have had a ton of fun messing with the source and adding in patches. St also got me to use tmux because by default it dient have scrollback functionality, and it was sugested that i use tmux, best desision.
Vim - A life changing editor i love droining on to people about how great it is.
